@llDellMango No, the laws of quantum mechanics will cause a synchronized flux in CPU plasma frequency, therefore allowing someone to take a 1.6ghz processor and make it a 3.2ghz processor. You've obviously haven't even watched the video, seeing as to how you didn't mention or ask about the huge paramagnetic influx seen at 0:09. Now press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC, go to processes, and end explorer.exe It will free up huge amounts of wasted CPU plasma ions.

@No603Scope Sadly it won't actually clock it up that high. I have one of the newer AMD APU's in my laptop as well...the TurboCore only takes mine up to a max of like 1.9GHz at the highest. It says it can go as high as 2.4GHz, but that is the safe maximum. Won't ever really go that high.

I crashed my laptop like a badass :D... Now i have fucking good computer :D

Would this program work on an intel core i5 processor? 430M...laptop....By the way, how come your acer has an AMD? i'm so jealous! even if my processor is 2.27 GHz, an AMD like yours can still give a decent match to mine! i got this laptop cuz all the acers come with only intel here...

@93fishi I'm smart enough to use this video properly and I appreciate it being posted so that I could figure out which programs to try on my laptop.
My notebook produces very little heat so I intend to try to overclock it. In the slim chance breaks it's not the video author's fault, and I'll just buy another $400 laptop that will outperform the one I was trying to overclock anyway :-)

Yoo!! awesome vid dude!!
300mhz overclock... hmmmmmm.... turbo boost on my apu us from 1.4 to 2.6ghz lol

@No603Scope Thats called throttling. Your safe max is 2.6, but it slows down to 1.4 to conserve

Enjoy your box of silicon. You might as well just get a high spec desktop instead of causing your laptop to overheat, laptops get hot enough as it is.

@93fishi Hmm, my box of silicon has been overclocked since 2007, still running to this day. Also, the whole point of a laptop is portability. Besides, why not overclock an outdated laptop to run newer games or CAD programs/ simulations instead of wasting money on a new system? This laptop has been serving me fine since I bought it in 2006.. and as I've explained before- if you're not smart or resourceful enough to make it run cool- you deserve the consequences.

@1sk8trboy1 I guess so. Which kind of begs the question why people put videos up like this because people who are not smart enough will follow this tutorial and end up destroying their laptop

@93fishi Welcome to the internet bra. People look up acetone peroxide rxns, go try and make it, and when the reaction runs away, ie not keeping stuff cool, BAM primary explosive blows face off and the HCl burns the rest... People play GTA and think they can go stick a cop up. They get blasted, whoopdeedooo. This kinda begs the question, why people bitch about people posting an overclocking tutorial WITH A DISCLAIMER. Bottom line: stupid's shouldn't overclock, or troll in video comments
