Great video. I am going to now smoke some beef ribs on My smoker grill. I think its hilarious that you say moo-stard. Here in Boston we call it must-stard. Cute. Thanks for the tips. Love all your videos .Where can I buy one of those (weed burners ) the thing you used to light the coals with instead of using lighter fluid .I already have the propane bottles for my lantern ! Thanks.

Great video Sapo. Hey the La Michoacana here sells whole racks like that with lots of meat on them. Havent tried them yet but may be worth a shot.

Did you have to refill the coals during this cook? If not, I'm using way too many when doing ribs in my wsm!
