Here we encounter a typical site - the speeding, swerving, tailgating, no lights and no sirens police cruiser. He is doing a conservative 80MPH, crossing multiple lanes without any thought of signaling, crossing the white line on the edge of interstate and generally driving in a matter that would get many "civiliants" pulled over. @donpjames well video doesn't show any safe driving, he's on the expressway at night so overhead lights would do the trick. This is nothing less then abuse of power, I can switch lanes with no turn signal and if you do it I will write you a ticket.

I spent 9 years with Dekalb PD and while we could not run blue lights and sirens to every call they were timing every call for response time. Therefore we ran as quickly as safely as possible to get there.
