Jackhammer that's rediculous, the "holes" you're referring to are called guides, and they don't just "break off." Furthermore if he's right-handed he can unscrew the handle and switch it over to the right hand side. On the bright side I like to see people putting an effort into getting out and going fishing. Especially with their kids.

when you hold it up side down you have a less chance of the holes breacking

geinus be is what u ar. I mean 'cause everyone fishes eveyday of their whole life and takes informal classes on fishing instead of going out for a day or two for vacation
