@Trains232 : I live in Germany but were on Holiday in Arizona last year (August 2011), and because I'm a railroad fan, we also visited this viewpoint before going to Meteor Crater. I've read before that there are many roads in this bad condition. The famous Schnebly Road in Sedona has the same problem. We have solved the problem by renting a SUV at the beginning in Las Vegas.

Never mind. False Alarm. I saw some bridge from the high way that looked a tad bit like this but apparantly it probably was not this bridge then. I offically feel retarded now.
