I have been gaining weight! That is a good thing. I have also been practicing tricks and balance. I am ready to go skiing! I will soon ski Alpental again! Yesterday I worked on my lats, triceps, and biceps. It helps to be strong for skiing. Weight training for skiing is quite beneficial.
