@briancopeland77 People pay for day care, but it makes economical sense to help people who would struggle, so they can work. Its just another way of keep the money moving through the economy. You pay taxes to the state, the state provides financial aid for day care, more day care centres need to open to meet demand, fuelling the need for people to work in day care centres, which provides employment for more people, who in turn pay taxes and spend money, keeping the economy moving along.
