@Damienreaper theres one thing being a smart buisness man and another thing be just the greediest creature alive. There is definately a difference and gene takes the cake on the latter, that greedy talentless fuck.

@AvtomatPruneJuice Gene is a smart business man. If he didn't care about the music he would have someone in his make-up doing it every show. Hell I would like to have millions wouldn't you. I enjoy Tool, KISS every hard rock/metal band. We will agree to disagree and leave it at that.

@Damienreaper No Beethoven did not pioneer progressive music my example was that just because beethoven came first doesnt mean everything after him is based off his music. And no everyband is not similar! playing styles, tones, etc defines a band. Besides Gene Simmons is a corporate capitalist fuck who didnt even care about making music and only wanted money. Tool has not licensed/copyrighted their music since 1996. There are big differences between Tool and Kiss

@AvtomatPruneJuice Maybe Beethoven is an pioneer on Progressive music because he was deaf he pounded on those keys PPL thought he was evil. I think It had to be the right bands at the right time. I played in 3 or 4 bands all styles of Rock and Blues.. Nothing is new. Every band is similar. 2 guitars, bass and drums.. maybe keyboard.
If They play simple, Technical, Fast, Slow ect. It's like the birth of the US It had to be those people to write the Declaration of independence. It was preplanned.
