http://musclemonsters.com/total-arm-assault This is one of my personal home arm workouts. Bicep and triceps, this workout is a very intense workout when performed. Each set equals one bicep and one tricep workout set with 8-12 reps each. No rest inbetween sets for better results.

  • Is this a good workout for a 15 year old to build mass? Like, check my channel out, im not big, but im trying to, if i do this 1-2 times a week should i see results?

  • @FitnessKid96 Yeah this would work fine for you. I would even recommend mixing it up. Train the triceps (and another muscle group) one day and the biceps (and another muscle group) another day. Make sure to check out the channel, I have a more recent video of a similar exercise.
