Is this a good workout for a 15 year old to build mass? Like, check my channel out, im not big, but im trying to, if i do this 1-2 times a week should i see results?

@FitnessKid96 Yeah this would work fine for you. I would even recommend mixing it up. Train the triceps (and another muscle group) one day and the biceps (and another muscle group) another day. Make sure to check out the channel, I have a more recent video of a similar exercise.
