@Baptistnomore idno if he meant what he sings, the tone of voice is truely sad.. i listen alot of mr hank williams' his music, but its not LIGHT ive found in my times of misery, 2010 they found cancer, this day there is no more point in treating to cure but just treatments to prolonge my existence.. BUT i praise country music i found in my life, i am 21 yrs old and i wont give up on fighting, its my country heroes that keep me strong!

I saw the light, I saw the light, no more darkness, no more night. He sang about it....but there was no light. On again, off again with his wife, constant back pain, problems with alcohol and pain pills, depression, hopelessness, roadweary. I hope his soul rests in peace...but I am not sure.
