@Yourpleasure721 Oops - sorry, I did forget to add that info! For the spinach fettuccine, 25 calories per serving and 5 grams of carbs (which is two servings from the 7 oz. bag), and for the spaghetti, 20 calories per serving and 4 grams of carbs.

@VLM123 Thank you now here is a posta brand with only 5 carbs per serving but hight in calories but just like the real thing and I love it DREAMFIELDS is the product name
