Part of a documentary on the city in preparation. What some may see as the lively sector of private entrepreneurs is for others an indication of poverty. The groups of dogs being walked are not natural packs but individual clients of the dog walker whose business is to assist their wealthy owners. The last dog in the clip, a real street dog, is a rare sight.
