@Batman83 Its a shame you have to resort to name-calling. Again, you agree with my original point; you had the opportunity to claim your property. Thanks for showing us how you broke city ordinances and for showing us the unfathomable patience of the LEO's involved. Youve done nothing to prop up your "movement"....tell your cohorts to stop having movements in the middle of your movement...people will take you more seriously.

@ufbret You are an idiot.They grabbed our stuff,while it was in possession and next to us, and then arrested a person who tried to get it back. Then another cop walked over taking stuff asking "who's stuff" while doing so.So did we have an opportunity, NO and yes.We claimed what we could,or rather what they didn't want to take, while leaving virtually nothing. Your distaste for the movement is noted and you are proving nothing to your baseless point.

@ufbret Watch again as they just walk up taking stuff, then they ask whom it belongs to.
-
@ufbret. Exactly.

@SinNanna Ad hominem...regardless if the officers have clean records or not, you are breaking a city ordinance. Straw man, strollers were not confiscated. The video is clear, thanks to Dani for posting it: the officers repeatedly ask if anyone wants to claim it, nobody steps up. All these videos show is the LEO's incredible patience with narcissistic provocateurs; ie: crossing a crosswalk continually and verbally harassing LEOs and citizens,

For clarification, all of the property was claimed and was repeatedly claimed. As someone who was there, the first things the officers did was take the belongings.For the record, the officers involved here do not have clean records. The protesters have experienced illegal confiscation by the officers even when property was repeatedly claimed. As for the sidewalk, a lot of things are wheels here. If you let go of a stroller and stand near it, is an officer allowed to take it?

@Batman83 Perhaps you should listen to you own video...the officer CLEARLY asks you if you want to claim the property. You had NO RIGHT to pile your belongings on the sidewalk; regardless of the length of time you broke the ordinance. Stop playing the victim, may be you will accomplish something.
the LEO gave them every opportunity to claim their belongings....even after they violated city ordinances...I say good job officer.

@ufbret Really you were there and heard them give us a chance to claim our belongings before just grabbing our stuff that we have a right to have out there?? After two months of having the same stuff there day and night never taking them, now because we were at the Romney event, they just come in take without warning and you still say "good job officer" ?? Be sure to check back often for more police harassment videos as I see you just go around being pathetic with your comments.
