This is Valentina Hasan of Bulgaria singing at the Bulgarian version of American Idol called Music Idol.
Here she sings (or trys to) "Without You" sung by Maria Carey. "Without You" is a song written by Pete Ham and Tom Evans of British rock group Badfinger. Later it was covered by Harry Nilsson and Mariah Carey.
