@Strawberrypocky911 : A girl purposely sent them credits with a dummy account as payment for a custom item and then got the dummy account banned by back-charging the money she paid for the credits. The couple were seen as "guilty by association" through the credit transaction and were permanently banned from IMVU. They can no longer make a new accounts without the new accounts being banned, along with friends who send in tickets for them.
