Ha ha ha ha... I think I am going to have to raise you on that.. I am hoping 22lbs. The reason I say that is because you can only see my face. You can't see the rest of my body or how my clothes are fitting me. I know I have an unfair advantage.. but you must remember.. the last time I did the detox for 14 days I lost 18lbs. So one would hope that a 20 day detox would bring more weight loss!

Great points, JK! I know someone who is losing weight in a very unhealthy way. It's a little scary actually...but she doesn't listen to reason. So, your points hit home for me. 2 more days bro!

Yeah it definitely sucks when people try and take short cuts! When they partake in unhealthy activities they are going to pay the consequences sooner or later! Unhealthy means of weight loss can be just as addictive as healthy ways of weight loss. Its sad but true
