if katrinas mom had done her job as a parent...dfs doesnt just come in and take your kids away unless you as a parent just hasnt done the required things they have asked of you...i agree what happened to katrina was horrible...no child should go through what she did...how can you judge a system that failed you child when you yourself failed her 1st and be ok with it...all i can say to you katrina is that i wish u happiness...

@willieo61 Yes DFS will come and steal your children especially if they are female. The Mom made one mistake and they snatch her daughter on the first strike.

read the comments in the message to judge pelikan, people. proof is there, all wrapped up nicely in one paragraph from james to his mother in a PRIVATE conversation between the two. and you still have him, why?? we have the original printed(faxed 10 out already), all with all the jazzy facebook stuff around it, and date stamps. its in full on mine and sarahs facebook pages, and will be on katrinas and samanthas today when they wake up and sam gets home from school, reposts it for you all to see.

@MrWoundweaver Is it the kids you're concerned about, or are you hoping for a movie of the week. You claim you have an attorney, did he tell you to threaten a Judge ? By the way I don't think this story is news worthy.

@MrWoundweaver James is not being forced into the military.He suggested taking that route, because he flunked out of college twice.
