I spent four months in the off-season and two months in-season training with Dan. I came to team energetics to gain quickness, strength, and speed. Dan was a superior motivator when it came to our workouts. We always trained at maximum intensity. I believe this is what helped me the most to prepare for my 2008-2009 basketball season. I was always excited to workout with Dan because our workouts were never the same. We always 30-45 minutes working on strength. Then we would do a variety of speed drills to gain foot speed. We always spent an appropriate amount of time stretching before and after workouts. My main focus this past off-season was to gain speed and quickness. I noticed a huge improvement in this area both on the offensive and defensive end. My endurance was the best on the team by far. During workouts Dan always made sure my form was correct in everything we did. He motivated me to work hard and that it would all pay off down the stretch.
