Kellys Kitchen: Peppersteak with poblano

Peppersteak with poblano and onions, I said with rice but im making that another video, then that way you can always find it faster...
now this is my way of making peppersteak there is alot of other ways of making it, if you dont like poblano peppers you can use bell pepper which is what you are suppose to use for this but I try and keep a little latin feel in what I cook since my husband is hispanic he likes that type of cooking... but by all means make this yours add or take away its up to you, your going to be eatting it :)
