What's the problem? Bush Jr. took over for his daddy and spent eight years ruling. Oh wait...he then proceded to start two possibly illegal wars responsible for killing millions of innocent people totally destroying one country's infrastructure leaving it worse than when the war began. Oh, and he also put the US economy in the shitter. Yeah I guess nepotism isn't the best way to transfer power...even if there is a gap between relatives.
