Try one of my chest workouts and see if it challenges you! Remember my workouts are designed for me (a bodybuilder) and therefore will concentrate on building size to the muscle.

Exercises:
1. Iso-Lateral Incline Bench Machine (3 x 8-12)
2. Cable Crossovers (3 x 12-16)
3. 3. Pec Deck W/o Handles (2-3 x 8-12)
4. Flat DB Flies (2-3 x 10-16)
5. Dips (3 x Failure)

Full Transcript:

"This first exercise is an Iso-Lateral Bench Press Machine. Any angle works, and its good to switch it up. Grab wide on the handles to concentrate on the chest. We're shooting for failure in the 8-12 rep range.

2nd up we have cable crossovers, which also can be performed at any angle. Imagine giving a bear a hug, thats how you want your arms angled and held. We're shooting for 12-16 reps per set




This is a peck deck without using the handles, a great isolation for the chest. Note the arm and hand positioning.

Flat DB Fly is next. Use a weight you can control. Bring your arms straight out keeping in line with your shoulders. Feel a good stretch then bring the dumbbells back up. Keep arms at a slight bend.

Finally, we have dips. By this point I am fatigued so I am using bodyweight but if you want it to be more difficult you can use weight or in the opposite way if you are too fatigued you can use the assisted dip machines. "

  • @elephantom12 There's not is-laterals of any angle there?  Maybe consider a gym with more variety?

  • @BriturTraining or just use dumbbells or a bench because they're better when it comes to functionality and joint mobility.
