Both techniques are possible with a good surgeon. One is called strip the other FUE.

every how often do you need to get your hair touched up though? how many times have you had this procedure since 24? and how much has it cost you? im 27 now and my temples are starting to thin, damn it.

I have just had this done by the same team. I am five days out. The man to the right of the cam. (Otis) also had this done three months back. This is free to the Bosley employees. Mine coast $12,000 and i had 1758 grafts placed in the front of my hair line. I am a female who has struggled with thinning hair. I am amazed at how this has made me more self confident! I had 2 transplants from Bosley and then went to Dr Pistone for my 3rd. I had no pain whatsoever with Dr Pistone. Bosley is a chop shop and the donor scar area is terrible. I will answer any questions if anyone is thinking of getting it done.
