We needed this big time!! But we stil have work to do. I always wonder why ppl say we need a TE though? Definitely its a concern but not a need. In all the mock drafts we take a TE in Round 1. Read this closely, in round one we need, NEED to bolster the pass rush. Whether it be Maybin, Brown, or Orakpo but he will most likely be gone. I understand Pettigrew is quite a player, but think about it how badly do we need a TE when we have the team of receivers you just mentioned?

in my opinion the one position that hurts a 3-4 defense the most is a TE. making those LB's have to worry about a TE who can run wont allow them to play so close to the line.

T.O is expected to be the straw that stirs the drink in Buffalo, but Edwards will have to be a quiet leader in the presence of a strong personality. After finishing 23rd in the league in scoring at 21 points per game, Edwards could use T.Os talent to turn the Bills offense into a scoring machine and crown himself as the best QB taken in the 2007 draft, which also featured JaMarcus Russell and Brady Quinn.

Honestly, buffalo is going no where. They have a shit coaching staff and their roster is garbage. Terrell Owens is the best thing thats happened to the Bills in over 7 years. Plus, TO is going to be released next year so after he leaves the bills are going to be, yet again....complete garbage

Even though everything you said is true, we had to take a gamble. I mean honestly, whatever formula the Bills have been using over the past 10 years has not been working. Best case scenario, T.O. plays really well and helps us maybe get a wild card spot and then he moves on. Worst case scenario, T.O. plays alright and keeps ticket sales up and then moves on after the season... We only have him for one year, so even if he does stir up trouble at least we know he won't be around past '09.

Like Romo didn't flourish with Owens. Romo had a Pro Bowl season his first season with him. T.O makes his qb's amazingly better. Mcnabb had twice as many touchdowns when T.O came, Garcia had more than twice as much.
