It's very simple. If you wouldn't want a huge hole in your stomach that people shove their hands in as they please, why submit other beings to this? If your answer is that animals are "stupid" (which is just ignorant) that is irrelevant to the fact that they feel pain and suffer just as we do. If "superior" intelligence gives us the "right" to abuse or exploit non-human animals, then by that logic, we should have the right to abuse and exploit babies and the mentally retarded.

You just cant believe anything these days unless there's something to prove it. At least that's what I live by.
I'm asking you for a source because science proves things better than sympathy.
Ever try to submit a research paper with just feelings as evidence; that doesnt work nowadays.
Since they're researchers, they should have basis on what they're saying. So I believe them more.
