Working Structure Fire on Patton Drive in Somerset, NJ, called in at 5:54am on 1/17/10. Video is of fire condition upon arrival of first due appartus Squad 27, from East Franklin. Squad 27's crew upon arrival hit a hydrant and stretched a 2 1/2" line and blitz fire for an exterior attack. Chief 27a assume operations, while Chief 25a was command. All crews worked for 4 hours to extinguish the blaze, clearing at around 10am.

That's what happens when you try to put it out yourself first, then call the FD when it doesn't go right. Wow that was quite a cooker. Good job on the quick lay.
