Well "PUY" as in "chin chin puy puy" is the way Japanese pronounce "V".
Often in the commercials for this drink he says something like "with me you can do it". Pronounced a bit different it sounds like a bit the drink..
Its a play on pronunciation/words as I was told when over in Japan.
