Glad to hear you're feeling better. How often do you workout? I imagine that you workout 5 or more days a week. If that's the case do you very the duration and intensity? It would be helpful to get your thoughts on what your strengths and weaknesses are and how you deal with them. The more that I read the it becomes apparent that diet is the most important part of fitness. What diet or food philosophy do you fallow?

@rolloph72 I will be training at least five days a week. I will be changing my routine to get back into muscle groups splits. As far as food goes I stick to clean organic eating. I keep my protein to 1.5 grams per pound of body weight and lots of veggies. I stay away from refined foods and sugar. Thanks for the questions!!!
