I could bear with the shitty songs from back then because compared to most of what is played on radio these days, you would actually think they are masterpieces lol. The standards of pop music today have gone down so much they almost don't exist. But yeah I mean now there's dubstep :( A genre I cannot comprehend at all, I've listened to it, tried to like it, but just cant understand how it can be called music XDD

Lol, nice assumption but I'm not that old, I still qualify to be a member of the current generation... While nostalgia may be part of it, it still does not change the fact that pop music today is just getting RIDICULOUS! There are some great and talented musicians but they always get overshadowed, now worse than ever!!! I had to dig deep to find some decent music. You'd almost think most radio stations avoid great music out there on purpose.
