KENNY RACING THE #26 TOUR MODIFIED TO QUALIFY IN THE TRUE VALUE TOUR MODIFIED RACE AT WATERFORD. HE HAS TO OBTAIN 6TH FROM THE BACK OF THE FIELD IN 10 LAPS. HE IS BUMPED AFTER PASSING TWO CARS ON THE LAST LAP BUT NEVER LIFTS. HE GOES OFF THE WALL AND HIS FRONT TIRE CROSSES JUST AHEAD OF THE 7TH PLACE CAR TO QUALIFY. THE CAR IS FIXED AND KENNY LATER TAKES THE CHECKERED IN THE MAIN RACE IN 8TH. HIS FIRST TOP TEN TOUR CAR FINISH.
