What's the name of this song and why isn't it on the OST?

The name of the song is in the description.

And I have no idea why it's not on the OST, however it IS on the Devil Summoner Sound Collection - Hyper Rearrange Collection. That's how i found it, along with the town theme from this game, Town of Tsukudo.

Honestly - all Shin Megami Tensei games have amazing - battling themes... if I had to make a list you'd see every battling theme in these games!!!

From what I'm seeing, that's not an official track to the game, but while it's not bad, I still like the original versions of either song more.
