If that's nexgen it's been broken/hacked, It's the same with logic.
Medeco have been informed of this flaw but they don't want to hear about it, so much for customer service, We heard the same with the M3 cylinder and they didn't want to hear about that either, If a company reacts like that to everyone who found a flaw with their locks my advice is, Don't buy from them, Evidently if they know about a flaw and they don't want to know either they knew and didnt tell or they engineered it to do it
