@shestudios Most store fine at room temp - in the form they ship - for months. After making a dish, shelf life will be in days. Like Chocolate Bliss. Once made as a liquid, best to refrigerate and drink in a day or two.

@shestudios As a core food... I drink 1-2 liters/day and have for 4-5 years. I usually also have one small meal around 2PM. My rule of thumb... "You know you're nourished by the number of hours you forget to eat..." In other words, people who are always hungry many times are starving to death. People who can go hours without thinking about food, are nourished, hence their satisfied appetite.

Depends on the Agave. You can test this yourself with a $15 glucose meter. I did and this is how we selected our current supplier.
This recipe makes a strong chocolate flavor. You can add water to dilute if you desire.
