A vocal cover of "Ich bin nicht ich" and "Wenn nichts mehr geht"

Here are two more first try practice runs of me singing two German Tokio Hotel songs and ending up liking them just enough to actually post them. They were recorded when the others were. I intend to redo them better later. I need to add an effect on the chorus of "Ich bin nicht ich." The line between the second chorus and the bridge of "Wenn nichts mehr geht" is so quiet because I recorded that particular part well after my parents went to sleep and could not be louder or else I would have woken them up.

@realityorfiction Hey, thanks! These covers are old. I'm sure I could do better, now. I have recorded me singing 20 Tokio Hotel songs in German. I'm practicing singing UnwrittenLaw now. I'll try a cover of one of those soon. I have to figure out which songs I'm best at.The OCD again gives me the amazing ability to change pitch exactly like the singers do, even if my voice sounds different. Okay, it's not just the OCD, it's the Asperger's Syndrome, too. I don't mean to brag; it's a symptom, haha.

@realityorfiction Wow, thanks! I form a real connection to music that helps me through stressful times in my life. Ace of Base kept me company when I had no friends from age 6-9, Billy Joel from 8-12, Weezer from 12-14, Elva and the Offspring really helped me through high school, Green Day just after high school and a mix of pop-rock and pop-punk and stress in college were alleviated by Tokio Hotel. Now I'm reverting back to Unwritten Law! Hmm, I wonder which Elva song I should sing.

@realityorfiction Hmm, I feeling I can do Rescue Me. I just practiced quietly and I am matching it pretty well. And, as evidenced by my Freunde bleiben cover, I always cover backing vocal tracks. That will be a bit tricky because Scott does such an awesome job at backing (sorry, took Ambien, just started affecting me this instant. Gonna sound stupid now) at back his own voice up in the songs. You know what I mean. But I think I can do it. I just wish I had a better mic.

@realityorfiction Lol, Freunde bleiben means to Stay Friends, Ich bin nicht ich is I am not Myself and Wenn Nichts mehr geht is literally If Nothing More Goes but conjugated as geht means it's referring to the nothing, an it. So, um, it means, wow, it's a tricky one. Seems like If Nothing Can Keep Going. Okay, Gute Nacht! Sleep time. Damn Ambien.
