The processes given in the video will not work.
If anyone can give one example in court in the UK of a freeman denying his strawman and winning i would love to know.
The info is fundamently flawed as a court will not except a authorised agent standing in for the defendant if the defendant is not there.
They will not except a birth certificate as the defendant.
Try it and you will find out to your cost.

@unkleknobhead Yes, he's right, folks, don't bother with this information, go back to bed. Don't explore this subject fully and review all of the success stories both here on YT , on the Sui Juris forums and the like. This is too much like hard work. It HAS to be nonsense, surely. :-)

@TheAntiTerrorist I did not suggest going back to bed or ignoring all the info or not to explore the subject fully.
If denying the strawman works, then give me one example in court in the UK that got a result. You suggest in the video to approach the usher as an authorised representative for your strawman. This will not work as the courts will not except this.
If your putting this info out then you should back it up with facts.

@unkleknobhead I have been in private chambers and in public court using this methodology, friend, it works just fine along with a full reservation of your rights. If you tried it, I can assure you there was something else you did or said that tripped you up. You also have to bear in mind that this video is a year old and other approaches that work just as well, perhaps better, have come to the surface. Due diligence. Who authorises who? If you get that question right, you are halfway there.

@TheAntiTerrorist And when we get to the point where we have 'the way' framed and nailed, you can rest assured I will update the broadcast.

@TheAntiTerrorist Thank you for your response.
I have tried in private chambers to represent my strawman and the judge was having none of it. At no point did i give jurisdiction to the judge and they refused to hear the case. Would not even give me written conformation of that and gave judgement in the defendants absence.
To date i have seen nothing to prove any result from using this method so am rather sceptical.

@unkleknobhead Sceptical? And you should be.It will encourage you to study for yourself. As I said, this information is surfacing in dribs and drabs. The principle behind the education is accurate and correct but the devil is in the details, as they say.I would recommend you visit creditorsincommerce dt cm and see just how much is being accomplished. The information is US based but the process are the same throughout the commercial world, only the doc format will change somewhat.
