Nataru can time stop too. Even if it's more like jumping backwards through time. In my distorted personal universe I automatically assume anything that screws up colours + time and makes awesome VROOOP noises = ZA WARUDO.

I was inspired to add information to this description: This is a clip from Tetsuwan Birdy Decode season 2, specifically, it's around episode 9. Nataru confronts some dog-alien thing disguised as a human and proceeds to show off his jump hax.
