Mrs. Clinton said they (US) had a very difficult situation. they thought of imposing sanctions on Kenya because the government was illegitimate but it will hurt the common mwanainchi yet they (US) compromises its pilicy by dealing with an illegitimate government. US recognises Raila as the leader of Kenya
