@CallOfDutyJJ Its a sequential gearbox - there is no need for a clutch, the tranny automatically releases the clutch to change gear. F1 uses a similar system. Convenient isn't it?

Do you have to use a clutch to change gear in that cause Im not hearing any lift off the gas when you change gear

@SuperPowerWill you just answered your question, its a check to make sure the brake pedal hydraulic cylinder properly sits on the sensor

@Scotracer1987 hello can you tell me why about 3 seconds before he starts heavy braking he checks the brake peddle. have seen it done before but don't know why they do it.

@narwalls I think it's a sequential dogbox with strait cut gears .But I am not much of an enginieer

@narwalls They are a sequential manual. They don't use the clutch on upshifts as pulling back on the shifter causes a cut in ignition for a short period so the gears can drive home better. On downshifts they need to clutch to heal-toe or rev match.
