Life is a Cabaret | Volupté

In light of the Olympic Games, Volupté, London's most renowned cabaret bar, frequented by the likes of Dita von Teese, put on a London 2012 themed show mixing daring athleticism with sensual, tantalising burlesque. Crane.tv meet the performers, from Abigail Collins to Madame Galina, to talk about the history of cabaret and burlesque and what makes the 'Volympics' such a novel way to take a break from the city's other Olympic themed endeavours. Mimicking the Closing Ceremony a mix of transvestite ballerinas, puppet masters and gold medallists battle it out to be crowned the winner of the Volympics.
