Thank you so much for posting these (:

did u see Jillians gut when the three of them were walking? Sounds like she may need to take her own advice.

I would definatly not eat the ready meals. Make your own food. You know exactly whats in it when you make it. And if you pulled a ligament, your best bet for exercise would be water aerobics, its less stress on your joints, but just as good as land exercise.

PS Put me on your "friends list" so I can write without posting!!!

Thanks for answering my post. For me it is not the quality of what I am viewing, but the message!!! Two years ago, I had health problems and lost about 10 kilos from my illness and going on Weight Watchers. Since then, I've gained about 2 kilos back and want to keep the weight off because of health. I want to start exercising as soon as my foot has healed. I pulled a ligament and am in therapy now.

Now, I am not buying those Weight Watchers menues and am looking for a healthy alternative. YAWYE's food looks really yummy. Do you know if the recipes for the meals are on the Internet? I'd love to try it for a week or so.
BTW, why do you watch the series? Health or the insperational stories? I like both. Plus, the one with the little girl broke my heart. The mum really needed to make a healthy change for her child and she DID! Wow! What a story!
Thanks for helping!!!
Fred
Thanks for posting. I love this show, but it is not shown in Germany. So it is good to wathc on Youtube.
I have a question: are updates shown of the participants one year later after their diets? I was very curious to see if the people kept off the weight after the cameras stopped rolling. They lose a lot of weight in the two months, but how is it afterwards?
