  • I wish schenker was still playing gibsons.

I wish he made an album with Dave Gilmour.

I hope he stays sober long enough to catch a break and sell a platinum album with some known and kick ass singer.

I hope he's like BB and keeps playing until I am old.

  • The words are so poor to express this playing.. I just say OMS (Oh my Schenker)

  • Schenker is a Guitar God, the master of the Gibson Flying V, the one and only. If any guitay player ever deserved a signature Gibson Flying V, than his name is Michael Schenker. But Gibson didn't get it, they made signature models for Kravitz and other third class wannabes. Shame on Gibson...

  • Michael spielt die Gitarre nicht, er stimuliert sie..

  • go listen to live at the budokan , that version kills

  • That unmistakable Gibson Howl!

  • Non ci sono parole per esprimere quanto è fantastico questo pezzo... grandissimo Michael

  • msflying dude your lame, schenker is my fave guitar player but that is the lamest comment ive ever seen on youtube lolol

  • I remember you from another site, & you do know your guitars.

  • No, they were just calling them something different for a while... The Faded ones have been in continuous production since around 2000, & the '67 reissues since 1989. Plus a lot of goofy variations (Gothic, Shred, Reverse, etc.) The best Gibson V's are from the 60's & 70's, although the 60's ones are nearly impossible to find any more...

  • Back in 2006, I was on the Gibson site trying to get a price on it. They didn't have it listed on the site.

There is a chance that Gibson just briefly stopped making them, & then resumed production.
