i ended up finding this the other night, with some key words. that is a very unique experience you had, being near ground zero right after. i was on my way to work when it all started, and made it all the way to times square before i realized it wouldn't make sense to go to work. i think i was in shock. i think we all were. peace on earth.

You know I have to disagree. We should not just let that day go, it was a tragic day and I think it should be remembered. Do you think we CAN just not care or not remember? I don't think people can just not accept the fact that this happened. People like, Josh, in this video witnessed this personally, and the fact he was able to get his camera to record this took incredible emotional strength. Those people who died should be remembered and not just for a moment once a year.
