http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/al... Brand new for Fall 2010, the Alpinestars Arctic Drystar Gloves are the perfect complement to the new AStars Durban Jacket & Pants combo. The outer is a textile upper construction with a goatskin palm & PU knuckle protection. The Drystar membrane inside provides the waterproof breathability that will keep your hands warm, dry and comfortable at all times when riding. These gloves are a great new addition to the Alpinestars lineup and sure to compete well with all other cold weather ADV touring gloves.

What is the summer alternative to these gloves that also fits in with the durban with the waterproofness?

Alpinestars does not offer a waterproof summer / non-insulated glove. I suggest taking a look at the REV'IT! Summit H2O or the Phantom GTX glove. ~Ali

As with any winter glove, you do lose a bit of feeling with the controls, however, these are less bulky than most by a good margin.

This gloves comes in two colors , not one. Black ones are available as well.

Yea, we realized that after the fact! Note the textual correction at the bottom of the frame when we say only one color. Either color is available on the website.

Hey Fukin - probably 70ish. They are meant to be a cooler to cold weather glove. Everyone's tolerance to temp extremes is different. Some people (like me) are cooler more often, some folks run hot. If you run hot, I would say 60-65 max.
