where can i find the stuff you are applying on top of the processor? and whats it called?

Its thermal grease/paste its the Zalman one. For these CPU's I recomend you buy a gellish one (MX2/MX3/Freezer)

i just opened two old computers in my house and i found out that both computer has this cpu. but i don't know the motherboard model, the motherboard is red but doesn't have the model shown or brand so i dont know. it do have pci express slot but i don't know if its x16 or which version. how do i know all the motherboards available for this cpu? so i can see which one looks almost the same as my motherboard and what components can i put into them like graphics card etc.

@elchicoboy If you find the name of the CPU socket (like intel S775) use it to find mobos. Its gonna be hard though

These boards are sensitive like hell. This NB will be coldbugged a +2ºC so its a pain in the butt to oc it

@DarkFireMario100001 They all come in different types/colors/sizes/geometrics i had a few blues/yellows/greens/reds and one purple from Chaintech i remember
