Tri-set rather than giant set. I've been getting some very good results from tri/giant sets on back and shoulders recently. Recent studies have found behind neck pulls to be bad for you so I avoid them. Try lat pulls, deadlift, bent rows and barbell raises (weights at one end of bar only and place other end in a corner for pivot) without rest in between - 5/6 circuits. Killer. This type of training is definately the way to go though. Keep up the good work - looking big mate.
