Ah...well the laws between Sweden and the U.S. must be really different cause the wheelie bars on the back here are illegal on the street and yes 99minerkc the engine does have to idle that fast or it will stall from how big the cam is.

He disconnect the wheelie bar when he's driving on street.. check "Fastest street car driving on street" in related clips to the right and see for yourself..

I'm 100% sure this was street-legal when it had the 1150 hp engine as seen in "Pontiac GTO damn it's fast" to the right in related clips. Because it was the fastest street-legal car in sweden at the time. But with this 2000 hp engine I'm not sure. I mean, everything in the car is the same from when it was street-legal except the engine. Click in "Pontiac GTO damn it's fast" to the right and see how fast it was when I'm sure it was STREET-LEGAL..
