Nopeisdope presents Volume 9

Nopeisdope Volume 9 mixed by Quintino and Nicky Romero

This is Part 9 of the successful house collection Nope is Dope. The collection albums were produced as a follow-up of the successful party concept. Nowadays Nope is Dope exists five years and is well known as one of the biggest house concepts in the Netherlands. With the original and creative approach, Nope is Dope has already reached hundreds of clubs and has been visited by thousands of house- and electro lovers.

The party organization Nope is Dope and record company Rodeo Media started working together in the beginning of 2010 to set up a new label. Nope is Dope records will release dance tracks and compilations on a regular basis. This release will be a double cd. On cd 1 DJ Quintino has made a mix with well known house tracks such as Swedish House Mafia and Martin Solveig. On cd 2 Nicky Romero mixes some of his own new music with club records such as Afrojack and Fedde Le Grand.

Quintino
The big success for Quintino (1985) starts in 2007. After scoring a #1 hit with his remix of "Rap Das Armas", producing for Quintino is getting really hot........... His tracks are popular and are played on a regular basis by DJ's like Afrojack, Erick E and Laidback Luke. Successful releases for Quintino from the past two years are Heaven (2009) and You Can't Deny (2010) with the cooperation of soul singer Mitch Crown. In 2010, Quintino started his own label Supersoniq Records and released a lot of club tracks such as Fire, Drop the Beat and I feel. Despite his very busy tour schedule, new releases have already been planned on Laidback Luke's Mixmash Records and also a new single with Afrojack.

Nicky Romero
Nicky Romero (1989) is a new top talent in the Dutch house scene. After living as a musician (drummer) in Canada for a few years, Nicky has returned to the Netherlands. Thanks to his big passion for producing house music, Nicky didn't have to wait a long time for success. Already from the first production on, he was noticed by various labels such as Azucar, Madskillz & Gregor Salto's label. Not much later his track "My Friend" reaches the top 3 of the international download portal Beatport. With remixes of Ian Carey, Dirty South, Fedde Le Grand and Sidney Samson, this young DJ proves his right to exist in the house scene of this moment.
