Recruitment: Kraft's JumpStart Developmental Training

Recruitment at Kraft Foods includes the company's on-boarding program, aimed at Black, Latino, Asian and women new hires. The program teaches them about corporate culture and the unwritten rules that often cause people—especially those from underrepresented groups—to leave. The program resulted in a noticeable improvement in new-hire retention from those groups. Kraft Foods is No. 7 in the 2012 DiversityInc Top 50.
