Rods are from Eagle. Common in stock part number in most supply places.

@JPack48 thats why Im keeping my LT1 till it shits,and then ill probably just rebuild it to a 355 or 383.I LOVE LS-X's but I HATE getting crap for having one.Dont get me wrong,if I had the choice Id take an LS1,or LS6 or LS7...lol,but Im cool with a slow old LT...haha.I mean seriously,people bitch so much,even GM guys cant just say,oh cool youve got a bad ass car,lets gang up on civics and mustangs,its always something to hold over your head.I wanna make my LT1 an LS eater... >:)

How does one go about getting in contact with Loyd Elliott. We are starting a new build with our lt1 and i am seing his name put out there quite a bit. And the cars with his parts are making good power. My 94 fierbird with a 355 has put a beaten on quite a few ls1,

@rockerdude29 LOL....Around here all you have to do is just buy a factory stock LT1 with no mods and it will run door to door with a factory stock LS1 all day. But hey, I have only owned about 25 of those LT1s and several LS1s. I still got a Lloyd Elliott LT1 that turns an 11.20 @ 119 on DR's with just LE heads, LE cam with 1.6 RRs, shorties, flowmaster, stall, 4.10 gears w/a girdle and a dyno tune by Jeff Creech. No big whoop, but a LS1 won't touch that with so little in it.

@LT1HILLINGHOE haha a know right? they act like LSXs are gods gift to cars.And all it takes to keep up with them/outrun them is intake,exhaust,headers,3.23s or higher,tune,and a few little things and you can keep up with them all day long.And the best tthing is,you can find an LT1 for a little of nothing,dump a few grand in them,destroy LS's all day,and it'll still be cheaper than a stock/bolt on LS1 >:)
