This video gives a basic explanation of the SPARCS project(Surface Plasma Arcs by Radiofrequency Control Study). Funding for the project comes from the US Department of Energy. The video is shot at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign's Center for Plasma-Material Interaction.
