do you not flush the line with saline in america.
ive also never seen heprin inserted in the needle before. in the uk the anti coag goes it the machine

where are your gloves? you didn't clean the area right. your needles are too close together. the needles should be 21/2 - 3inches apart. Did you even take the classes? it is people like you that make it hard on people like us who do folllow prceedure. your video should be called "This is how not to cannulate for hemo-dialysis." Sorry but you need to learn how to do this.

Wow, sterile procedures are not being followed. No gloves, cannulating site not sterilized/cleaned properly, venous needle to close to the Arterial line, sites not secured properly..... this is just total failure on the patient and care givers parts.

Don't you have to secure the lines? And also wear gloves? Just askin'

@Gustine Thank you for your comment! John has been on home hemo now for 4 years and has had excellent results!
